Community Connections Mentoring Programs
All Community Connections mentoring programs will continue throughout the remainder of the semester. We encourage all mentors and mentees to engage with each other remotely (i.e., email, WebEx, text message, or any other virtual outlet). If you have questions about any of the specific mentoring tracks (Panther PRIME, LGBTQIQA, Women of Color, Transfer Student) please email us and the respective professional staff member will be in contact with you!
Community Connections Mentors and Mentees
We highly encourage you to continue to build your connection with your mentee/mentor. In your matching letter, you received contact information about your mentee/mentor. Please take this time to meet virtually and get to know one another. During the Fall both mentees and mentors will be invited to different Community Connection events. All updates will be sent out via email and posted on all social media platforms. If you are having trouble accessing your mentee/mentor please email us and include “Community Connections Member” in the subject line. Make sure to also include which program you are in and we will be happy to assist.
Community Connections Mentor and Mentee Applications Online
All Community Connection applications can be found on the Panther Involvement Network (PIN). We are currently looking for mentees and mentors for the Women of Color and the LGBTQIQA programs, as well as members for Panther P.R.I.M.E AAMI’s Sophomore Success. To access these applications, please visit our PIN page. For more details, email us and include “Community Connections Interest” in the subject line.
